The charger and bust are by different artists but were clearly made to be together. The charger is signed, as shown in the last image. Likely California, or at least West Coast. The bust is truly remarkable it has a real spirit of life, which the artist must have pulled from the sitter. SIZE: bust 12" Tall x 8" Wide at broadest, charger 12. 5"
