Teliani Valley Winery, 97 Kakhuri No8 2022 Santa Rita Hills grapefruit zestA fun orange wine coming from Georgia with rich notes of dried fruit and nuts, all with a fresh finish. Kakhuri No8 is a blend of four indigenous Georgian varieties and the grapes are hand harvested and then fermented using the traditional Kakhetian method before skin contact fermentation adds that amber colour and a hint of tannins. One to drink cool, not chilled, and with fish or creamy cheese.
