Courvoisier Mizunara Cognac 2023 Edition 2012 toffee and hints of cocaCourvoisier Mizunara Cognac 2023 Edition Celebrated Cognac house Courvoisier has teamed up with Suntorys chief blender Shinji Fukuyo to create this delicate, really rather unusual Cognac. Its own chief blender Thibaut Hontanx looked to Japanese Mizunara oak to age a blend of Grand Champagne, Petite Champagne and Borderies eaux de vie. The bottle design depicts a Mizunara tree winding its way around the glass. Just 500 bottles were released. Palate:
