and distilled at low temperatures to ensure maximum agave essence is present in the finished product

Matured in ex-bourbon casks from Jan 2016 until the end of 2018

This rye is double finished for an additional three months in separate barrels which previously contained port wine

Nose Opens on notes of brioche and fruits with aromas of white flowers (hawthorn and acacia). Palate Palate is fleshy, smooth, enveloped by the freshness of citrus notes, lemon and grapefruit zest.
