Traditionally we fit a catch can to remove the PCV entirely and catch the oil vapours from the engine as seen here: FMMK5CTC and FMMK5CT

This increases the capacity of the unit which increases the volume of oil contained which in turn reduces the peak temperature and so significantly improves damper performance

Our tanks are designed to be a direct replacement for the standard unit and are simple to fit

We have used the latest core technology and high flow end tank designs to achieve a huge reduction in inlet temperatures ( up to 25 30 degrees difference in cooling efficiency over the original unit ). This intercooler is a great upgrade for both the standard or modified Focus.
