Hand made in small batches using a traditional distillation process using an imported French copper still for that extra smooth tropical taste. Nose Coconut milk and fresh sugarcane juice aroma. Slowly, a lavender honey aroma develops. Palate Chocolate and coffee aroma, moving quickly to spicier notes of pepper, nutmeg, and chilli.
