Glen Ord 8 Year Old Chorlton 1st Fill PX 58.6% 70cl 61.6 Ginger AleBottled from a first fill PX sherry hogshead from Glen Ord Distillery, this release from Chorlton Whisky is limited to 304 bottles. Natural colour and non chill filtered. Nose: Butterscotch, peached in syrup and buttered panettone. Soft waves of smoke make an appearance at the end. Palate: Ripe bananas, lemon drizzle cake and peanut nougat. Smoky malt runs throughout. Finish: caramelised apple with rich tobacco.
