From high above Bandol in the Mediterranean near La Cadire dAzur, with limestone soils and wild garrigue herbs growing amongst the vineyards, this is a legendary, distinctive white made from Clairette, Bourboulenc, Ugni Blanc. Fermentation with wild yeast, organic viticulture all going on here this wine will last for a long old shift.
