Sombra Mezcal Joven 750ml (ABV 45%) sc_aug25 cotton candySombra Mezcal is made from Espadn agave, hand harvested on the steep slopes of the Oaxacan Sierra. The agave hearts are buried in an earthen pit where they slowly roast over hot rocks. The agave are then crushed by a mechanical limestone tahona, fermented with only native yeast, and expertly distilled. An artisanal Espadn agave mezcal from Santiago Matatln, Oaxaca, Mxico. Spicy, fruity with notes of citrus and a hint of smoke. Smooth and warming to
