It was distilled in August 2007, and bottled up in August 2020 after a finishing period in a Pedro Ximnez sherry butt. 500 bottles were released as part of the wonderful Old Particular range. Tasting Notes Fruit cake and runny toffee, alongside a spicy hint of cumin and cinnamon. On the palate maple syrup on pancakes with a few strawberries and blueberries, with a tangy
