Caramelised Onion Relish Food Service Tub - 2kg mild trio grande Bold colourThis is a 2kg food service tub of our Caramelised Onion Relish, the same slow cooked small batch recipe as our retail jars, in a plain foodservice pail. Not your typical sweet onion jam: deep, smoky, balsamic notes with a sweet (but not too sweet) finish and generous chunky cut onion. It is the biggest size we make, offered to retail customers who simply cannot get enough: the equivalent of six 330g jars for less than half the price, around 80 serves
