ljupka non mi aspettavi 7 single Nemesis Records Lâ Tahjarû = N’abandonnez PasLjupka was part of that special moment in mid sixties Italian rock when local artists were absorbing the British beat invasion and making it their own. This 1965 single mixes pop rock energy with sophisticated chanson touches, a blend that was distinctly Italian. Her voice has real characterplayful and knowing without being precious. These were records meant for dancing and for listening, and the production has a clarity that's genuinely appealing.
