PEARS is intermediary pediatric skills course that builds on BLS concepts and can be a stepping stone towards certification in pediatric advanced life support (PALS)

You must have a current PALS certification to attend this class

videos based learning paired with hands-on simulations for participants to gain knowledge and confidence in their life-saving skills

This is a recertification 5 hr class

Students have access to the online learning environment for 1 year

Participants must be able to interpret cardiac rhythms to attend. This is a traditional instructor led 2 day class for healthcare providers who are new to Heart and Stroke's ACLS course or don't use their life saving skills often. Course duration: 14 hrs.
