I like the character here though as it’s frank and direct and the only nit is that the finish is somewhat short

structured by wonderfully plush tannins and bold freshness

Rene Bouvier, Charmes Chambertin Brut Zero chewy finish that features framing(from a ~. 30 ha parcel in Mazoyres). A beautifully layered mlange features notes of red and black pinot fruit, violet, earth, tea and a touch of forest floor. There is fine density to the quite powerful, dusty and robust bigger bodied flavors that terminate in a chewy, moderately austere and compact finale. This is very Mazoyres in character, but the balance is impeccable as is the development potential.
