Mezcalosfera - Tobaxiche Mezcal variety_Whisky wild fermentsMezcalosfera de Mezcaloteca is the brand crated by the famous bar in Oaxaca City called Mezcaloteca. Mezcaloteca is a mecca for all things mezcal. A educational experience rather than just a bar. All the agaves in the bar are hand picked and sourced directly from producers. This Tobaxiche is from the mezcalero Victor Ramos who resides in Miahuatlan, Oaxaca. A complex mezcal, displaying stunning vegetal flavours with a touch of vanilla.
