產自瑞里茶區海拔約莫1400公尺處，只選用春冬兩季生產的茶菁。這裡的土壤偏向砂礫地，所製成的茶葉香氣濃郁花香，茶湯金黃透亮，香氣高雅，彷彿能聞到山林間的清新空氣。入口清甜，如沐春風，滋味甘醇圓潤韻味足。
而阿里山茶區內的石棹、奮起湖等知名茶區，每年所產的茶葉數量有限，極具珍貴。這裡的茶園景色如畫，層層疊疊的茶樹宛如綠色的波浪，與山嵐相映成趣，讓阿里山茶成為台灣高山茶中的代表。
