Mercer - 2025 Shiraz 375ml flavour_Spicy get some Inspiration to produceShiraz Nouveau is a bouncy young Shiraz, picked early to capture the energy and brightness of the Hunter Valley. Made without heavy oak, its all about purity of fruit and elegant grape tannin a style we can produce sustainably year after year. Todays the perfect excuse to try it: medium bodied, with ripe boysenberry, juicy sour cherry, and a peppery finish of good length. Best enjoyed slightly chilled, with your favourite roast or shared over stories
