Also known as Scarlet Shrimp or Cardinal Prawns. We source our Carabineros from the Fernandez Montoya brothers of Hispamare in Spain. These prawns are caught by small family owned boats in deep Mediterranean waters off the coasts of southern Spain and Morocco. They are carefully packed by hand
