This is one of it not the best of my "One man goodwill tour across America and back paintings. It's very powerful in person. You can feel the coolness of the shadows, they are translucent and clean with lots of contrast and interest while the bright blue sky has that big expansive energy that wide open spaces hold even if there are artifacts like mountains occupying some of it!
