The 2008 Tokaji Aszu Nyulaszo 6-Puttonyos has a deep burnished amber color

with immense depth and concentration

long and bitter cherry pitinfused finish

long ago pressed into a sort of dustiness

spice and menthol build into the racy

Tollot Beaut, Beaune Clos Roi Rouge Brut Zero The 2008 Tokaji Aszu NyulaszoA markedly ripe yet still fresh nose combines aromas of black raspberry, cherry, violet and a trace of anise. Consistent with the prior wines the medium weight flavors possess a wonderfully seductive mouth feel; indeed the word caressing is apt, all wrapped in lilting, dusty and moderately firm finale. Good stuff here and fashioned in a more forward and accessible style. 91 2022+
