learn to make functional pottery pieces such as mugs

or create your own ideas

Students will also learn creative techniques for hand altering their wheel thrown pieces and adding surface design

and 6-weeks of instruction (8 weeks of open studio time total) are all included

Cup, Bowl, & Plate August 2026 One Night Event There are pre-planned creaturesInstructor: Eric Sherwood Give wheel throwing a go in this hour and a half workshop! We take care of the hard part (centering and trimming) and you get your hands in clay (short nails recommended). Each student makes 1 cup, 1 bowl, and 1 plate. Work will be fired and glazed in a color of your choice from available studio glazes and ready for pick up within four to five weeks after class.
