Very elegant and even playful on the palate
indeed silky middle weight flavors possess a highly refined mouth feel as well as a subtle minerality that carries over to the vibrant and beautifully complex finale that delivers unusually good persistence for its level
but it does not quite happen and I suspect a couple of hours decanting would awaken those aromas
925 bottles were made in this inaugural release
palate-staining black raspberry and mulberry flavors are framed by velvety tannins and become spicier and more energetic on the back end
