Pozno - 2023 Sweet Delay Pet Nat dad wine close your eyes and imagineLightly macerated Say Blanc and a standout parcel selected for its racy acidity and uplifting energy, sent to bottle with a lick of Shiraz ros. A peachy presence in the glass, bubbles doing an austere little dance, pine lime around the edges. Not a sweet wine, just a sweet time. Pete Wood, Winemaker.
