Each release spends time in Margaret River French Oak Shiraz wine barrels, allowing it to develop a stunning red hue that varies slightly from batch to batch. This rich gin is layered with notes of red fruits and spice, finishing with residual sweetness. Botanicals featured include juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica and citrus.
