NAS Coco Solo housed several Patrol/Patrol Bomber aircraft during its tenure
made by Ludolph in August 1940
as appeared on the flight engineers panel of aircraft of the US Navy such as the patrol bomber / seaplane PBM-5 Mariner (see illustration showing the location on the panel from the PBM-5 flight manual dated 1944)
The toggles do flip and the keying switch still has its spring action

The knob would rotate the face of the dial while the pointer remains fixed to set the present field
